INGREDIENTS

16 oz Cottage cheese
1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese
1 Box; (10oz) frozen
; chopped spinach,
; thawed and drained
9 Lasagna noodles; uncooked
28 oz Spaghetti sauce
3 Cups; (12oz) mozzarella
; cheese, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cottage
cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach; set aside. Place 3 noodles in a
greased 7"x11" baking dish; cover with one-third of the sauce, then
one-third of the cottage cheese mixture and one-third of the mozzarella
cheese.
Repeat the layers 2 more times, ending with mozzarella cheese, then tightly
cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour, then let stand for 15
minutes before cutting and serving. Yield: 6 servings
