Spit-roasted Rolled Rib

INGREDIENTS

1 4-5 lb. rolled rib roast
2 t Seasoned salt
1 t Salt
4 Cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 t Onion salt
1/2 t Coarse black pepper
1/4 t Ginger
1/4 t Dry mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Trim off most of the outside fat from roast.  Combine seasonings and
rub into all surfaces of the roast. Place on spit, 5 to 6 inches from
coals, and cook 1 1/2 hours or until desired degree of doneness.  From
