Sprouts-Stuffed Canapes

INGREDIENTS

1 pk Canapes of desired shape
1 c Bean sprouts
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
1/2 c Finely chopped tomato
1/4 c Finely chopped coriander
1/4 c Finely chopped boiled potato
1/2 Lemon
Salt to taste
Freshly ground cummin seed powder
4 Green chillies finely chopped; (4 to 5)
1 c Fine bikaneri sev; (optional)
1/2 c Tamarind chutney
1/2 c Green chutney
Oil to deep fry or oven to bake

INSTRUCTIONS

If using readymade canapes, they can be baked in a warm pre-heated oven
till light-brown and crisp.
OR
Deep fry them till light brown. Drain on kitchen towel. Do all the canapes
and keep them aside.
Mix the onion, tomato, potatoes, half the coriander, lemon, salt and green
chilli together. Chill it for some time.
Before serving fill mixture in the canapes, put a dash of both chutneys on
top. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and cummin powder (jeera). Garnish with sev
and remaining coriander.
Serve right away.
