Squash Halves With Mango

INGREDIENTS

2 Acorn squash, halved &
seeded
1/2 c Chopped mango
1/2 c Chopped plums
1/2 c Seedless grapes
2 T Brown sugar
1/2 t Curry powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Place squash halves, hollow side up, in microwave dish. Cover loosely
with plastic wrap and cook at high 8 minutes or until tender. Combine
mango, plums and grapes and fill squash halves. Sprinkle with sugar
and curry powder . Cover loosely with plastic and microwave at high 3
minutes. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.  Posted to fatfree digest
