1 cup full graham flour, 1 cup yellow corn meal and 1 cup white flour,
sifted together. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soda, 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4
cup molasses and 2 cups sour milk. Put all in a pail, and cover tight. Set
in boiling water. Boil steadily 2 1/2 hours. Can be put in two smaller
