Stewed Apples With Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

4 Apples
1/2 c Sugar
Cinnamon to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Source: Sunbeam Food Steamer Manual  Peel and core the apples. Cut them
into quarters. Place the apples in  the Steaming Bowl (of my steamer)
and sprinkle with cinnamon. Steam  for 20 minutes. Remove the apples
and mash them with a fork until  blended. Stir in sugar and serve.  NB.
The sugar can be omitted or reduced if desired. Posted to EAT-L  Digest
