Stir-fried Dried Abalone W/oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS
1/2 | lb | Dried abalone |
1 | T | Cornstarch |
2 | T | Water |
2 | T | Oil |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/2 | c | Stock |
2 | T | Oyster sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak dried abalone and cut in 1/8-inch slices. Blend cornstarch and cold water to a paste. Heat oil. Stir in salt; then add abalone slices; stir-fry to coat with oil. Add stock and oyster sauce and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Then cover and cook 2 minutes more over medium heat. Stir in cornstarch paste to thicken and serve.
