Stir Fried Flank Steak (tsao Nyo Ro)

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Flank steak, sliced at angle
against grain
3 T Soy sauce
2 T Sesame oil
1 T Corn starch
3 Cloves garlic, chopped into
halves or thirds
3 Stalks green onions, cut in
2 inch slices
Vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix flank steak slices with soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch in a
bowl. Set aside. Heat about 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add garlic and
onions and stir fry for thirty seconds. Add meat and stir fry until
browned. Serve. Notes I like to serve this over stir fried broccoli.
