Stir-Fried Garlic Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

2 lg Cloves,garlic,finely chopped
2 ts Vegetable oil I pound frozen peeled and deveined raw medium shrimp, thawed
3 c Sliced fresh mushrooms (about 8 ounces)
1 c L-inch pieces green onions (with tops)
1/4 c Dry white wine
2 c Hot cooked rice
4 servings-

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir-frying makes this delicious dish especially fast and easy to prepare.
Cook garlic in oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat I
minute, stirring frequently. Add shrimp; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in
mushrooms, onions and wine; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until shrimp are
pink and vegetables are hot. Serve  over rice.
