INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Thinly sliced Pork tenderloi
2 Cloves crushed garlic
4 T Vegetable oil
1 Green onion-cut into 1" pcs
3 c Chinese peapods-ends removed
1/2 c Sliced-fresh mushrooms
1/2 c Sliced bamboo shoots
1/4 t Sugar
1/2 t Fish sauce or to taste
1/8 t MSG-OPTIONAL
1/4 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

** In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Cook
garlic until golden brown. Add pork, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add all
vegetables and stir together 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients
and cook 3-4 minutes longer. Serve hot over warm cooked rice.
