INSTRUCTIONS
With a paring knife, slice whole pitted dates lengthwise on one side only
and open wide to receive the cream cheese mixture. In a mixing bowl, blend
all of the above ingredients and stuff each split date. Arrange on a
serving tray and serve at room temperature. Guaranteed to be a hit at your
next party or gathering.
Also try stuffing the split, whole pitted dates with peanut butter, chilled
Cool Whip or pimento cheese spread.
