Stuffed Glazed Chops

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Celery; diced
1/4 c Melted margarine; (2 oz.)
3 c Croutons
1/2 c Apple juice
1/3 c Raisins
1/3 lb Apples; peeled, cored &
; sliced
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Apple juice
4 Center-cut rib chops; (13 oz.)

INSTRUCTIONS

APPLE STUFFING
APPLE GLAZE
STUFFED CHOPS
Combine all stuffing ingredients together and toss. In saucepan, combine
glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 1/2 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split chops in half by making one cut from
meat-side to bone. Leave connected at bone. Stuff each chop with
approximately 3/4 cup apple stuffing. Bake approximately 45 minutes to
internal temperature of 165 degrees. Brush with glaze last 15 minutes. May
be covered with foil, if browning too fast.
