INGREDIENTS

1 pk (6-oz) wheat pilaf mix
6 md Sized sweet peppers
1 Onion cyhopped
2 Cloves garlic; chopped
1/2 ts Curry powder
1 tb Olive oil
1/2 lb Ground beef
1/4 c Raising
2 tb Chopped parsley
8 oz Shredded mozzarella

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare pilaf according to directions.  Saute onion, garlic and curry in
oil until oinion softened. Add beef, cook until no longer pink. Transfer to
bowl to cool slightly. Stir in pilaf, Fold in raisins, parsley, and 3/4 of
cheese. Spoon into preboiled and drained peppers. Top with remaining
cheeze.  Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, back for
another 10 minutes.
