Stuffed Tomato With Crab Meat

INGREDIENTS

6 Firm, ripe tomatoes peeled
& cored
1 8-oz small curd creamy
cottage cheese
2 T Chopped green pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pt Mayonnaise
1 Bottle, 12-oz chili sauce
1 T Lemon juice
1 6-oz crab meat drained
bones removed & flaked
2 T Finely chopped celery

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel tomatoes, core them & cut in eighths, almost to the bottom.
Drain. Mix cottage cheese with chopped green pepper. Salt & pepper to
taste. Stuff tomatoes with mixture & cover with crab meat dressing.
Crab Meat Dressing: Mix ingredients together well & refrigerate.  Spoon
over stuffed tomatoes. Good on lettuce and sliced tomatoes.  Keeps well
