INGREDIENTS

8 oz Brussel Sprouts, Small*
8 oz Pearl Onions, Small*
1 T Butter, * See Note
3 T Sugar, To4
Salt And White Pepper, To
Taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Cooked until crisp-tender and well drained. Do in separate saucepans.
Original called for that fake yellow stuff.  Melt butter in skillet,
stir in sugar and cook until bubbly. Add  vegetables; stir to coat.
Season & serve.  Carolyn Shaw 2/25/98.  NOTES : Using margarine will
