Sugared Pecans

INGREDIENTS

2 c Pecan halves
1 tb Egg whites
1 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Place pecans in a 9- by 13-inch pan. Pour the whites over the pecans and
rub them between your hands until coated. Using a slotted spoon toss the
pecans with sugar. Bake the pecans in a preheated 325 degree oven for 30
minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until sugar coating is even. This recipe
yields 2 cups of sugared pecans.
