INSTRUCTIONS
Notes: By Mary Ann Hughes. (Diabetic Recipe) Cresco
Mix and chill 1 hour. Roll out 1/4 inch thick and cut with heart cookie
cutter. Bake at 400.F. 6-7 minutes or until bottoms are lightly brown and
cookies are set. About 3 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies. These are nice for
Valentine's Day but you could try different flavor Jello and cookie
cutters.
