Summer Fruit Saute

INGREDIENTS

3 md Ripe bananas; sliced
2 Kiwis; peeled and sliced
1 c Strawberries; quartered
1 c Additional mixed fruit; (optional)
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1/2 c Brown sugar
12 Good shakes cinnamon; (or 3 tablespoon)
One lemon; Juice of
2 tb Sherry or rum; (optional)
Ice cream or frozen yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add brown
sugar and stir. Add lemon and cinnamon and stir, while adding rum or liquor
if you wish. Stir until bubbly. Add mid-rip (not over-ripe) bananas and
saute till bananas are just beginning to get limp. Add softer fruit such as
melons, kiwis or strawberries and simmer and stir for only another 20
seconds. Serve immediately over ice cream or frozen yogurt. Awesome!
