INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Dijon mustard
2 ts Chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
1 ts Coarsely ground pepper
2 cl Garlic, finely chopped
4 Beef boneless top loin steaks, about 1 inch thick
(about 1 pound)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix mustard, rosemary, pepper and garlic.  Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Brush grill rack with vegetable oil.  Heat coals or gas grill.
Spread mustard mixture on both sides of beef.
Grill beef uncovered 4 to 5 minutes from medium heat 1 minute on each side
to seal in juices.  Cover and grill 8 to 9 minutes longer for medium
doneness, turning once.  Yield:  4 servings.  Typed in MMFormat by
