Summer (macaroni) Salad

4 c Cooked salad macaroni
4 Stalks celery, chopped
3 Eggs, hard-boiled whites
only

7 Sweet pickles, chopped with
bit of juice
1/2 up to
3/4 c Cubed fat-free Cheddar
cheese
3 up to
4 T Fat-free mayo, depending on
taste
Paprika, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Date: Fri, 26 Apr 1996 01:52:15 -0400  From: SRIR@aol.com  Mix all
together and chill.  Experiment with other ingredients, too.  For
example, I didn't have sweet pickles so used Kosher dills (ok but  not
as good, I thought). Also, I tried ff jack cheese but I think  cheddar
works better. Chopped green and/or red pepper could make  salad
interesting, too, and colorful. Add more or less ff mayo  depending on
how creamy you prefer. Less mayo in this salad makes a  good topping
