Summer Pasta With Grilled Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Medium shrimp
7 T Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb Tomatoes, about 3 cut in to
1/2" dice
3/4 c Chopped fresh basil
2 t Balsamic or red wine vinegar
3/4 lb Linguine or other pasta

easy and yummy. If anyone tries this please  let me know if it's good.
In medium bowl combine shrimp, 1 Tbs. olive oil, half the minced
garlic and the salt and pepper to taste.  Light the grill. Thread the
shrimp on skewers.  In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, remaining olive
oil and garlic,  that basil, the vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until just done.
Drain.  Grill shrimp, turning once, until just done, about 3 minutes in
all.  Toss pasta with the shrimp and tomato mixture and serve.  EAT-L
