INGREDIENTS

1 Rice, boil in bag family siz
1 Lowfat Yogurt, Vanilla8oz
2 T Honey
1/2 t Cinnamon, optional
1 1/2 c Strawberries
Bluesberries
Raspberries, chopped
Peaches, or combination

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook rice according to pkg directions; drain Cut bag open and empty
into medium bowl; cool to room temp. Stir in yogurt, honey and
cinnamon; cover and chill. Just before serving, layer with or stir in
fruit. Makes 4 servings, about 3 1/2 cups pudding.
