INGREDIENTS

2 sm Zucchini (unpeeled), cut in chunks
1/4 c Granulated sugar
1/4 c Lemon juice
Ice cubes
Diet ginger ale or soda water
Lemon slices

INSTRUCTIONS

In blender or food processor, combine zucchini, sugar and lemon juice;
blend until very smooth.  Transfer mixture to container; cover and
refrigerate until needed.
To serve, place about 2 tbsp. of the mixture in tall glass.  Add ice cubes
and enough ginger ale to fill glass; stir gently.  Garnish with lemon
slices and serve with a straw.  Makes about 10 servings.  Typed in MMFormat
