INGREDIENTS

Stick butter; softened |

Oil packed sun dried tomatoes; drained, minced |

Clove garlic; minced |

Black pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Beat together all ingredients. Form the mixture into a cylinder and wrap
in waxed paper.
2. Chill. Makes about 3/4 cup.
NOTES : Toss with hot pasta for a nice sauce or use on freshly steamed
vegetables, or grilled chicken.
