INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Chopped green pepper
Vegetable oil
2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
2 120g each Crab meat
Drained
1 10oz/284ml Mushrooms
Drained, chopped
16 Dare Breton crackers
Crushed
8 Eggs, beaten

INSTRUCTIONS

In large saucepan saute onion and green pepper in small amount of hot
oil until tender; remove from heat. Add cheese, crab meat, mushrooms
and cracker crumbs to pan; toss well. Stir in beaten eggs. Spoon
mixture into greased miniature muffin pans or tart tins. Bake in 350F
(180C) oven for 15 minutes or until done. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.  Source:
