Super Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 Egg
1 1/2 T Lemon juice
3/4 c Vegetable oil
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 t Steak sauce
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium-sized bowl, beat egg and lemon juice with a wire whisk.
Add one teaspoon oil at a time, beating continuously. Add garlic and
sauces, beating well after each addition. Stir in Parmesan cheese. *
To prepare in a food processor, use steel blade to mince garlic; add
egg and lemon juice, processing briefly. Add oil drop by drop while
continuing to process. Add sauces and cheese, mixing briefly.  Yield:
