INGREDIENTS

3 Packs, 8oz ea lobster
Tails
1 1/2 lb White raw boneless turkey
Cut into 1" cubes), Cut into 1" cubes
2 Green peppers, cut in 1"
Squares
24 Whole mushrooms
1 10 3/4 oz tomato soup
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 T Sugar
1/4 c Vinegar
1 Grated onion
1 Mashed garlic clove
1 T Chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut lobster tail, while frozen, into 3 pieces, shell & all. Thread
lobster & turkey pieces, green peppers & mushrooms on skewers.  Combine
remaining ingredients; place skewers in shallow pan & brush  heavily
with sauce; let stand 1 hour. Place kabobs 6" about grey  coals; broil
5-6 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with  sauce until brown
& crusty.  File
