INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Ketchup
1 c Brown sugar
2 T Mustard
1 T Soy sauce
2 lb Flanken

INSTRUCTIONS

Yoshuv) Naomi Perlman-contributor  Mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard
and soy sauce well. Dip flanken into  mixture. Bake in shallow dish at
300 degrees for 2 hours or keep on  blech overnight.  I have doubled
