2 Onions sliced
1 Clove garlic, minced
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Vinegar
1 c Ketchup
1 c Water
1 T Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown the meat in a heavy pot. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer on top
of stove until tender. (depending on size of roast- usually 1 1/2
