Sweet and Sour Whitefish

INGREDIENTS

Onion
Celery
Diced carrots
Green pepper
1 tb Oil
Tomato sauce
Lemon juice
Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

This recipe does not exact measurments, You have to adjust the amounts
according to how much fish you are using.
Saute onion, celery, diced carrots, green pepper in 1 tablespoon oil until
tender. Add tomato sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir till blended.
Pour on top of fish placed in a pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 350* for
45    minutes.
