INGREDIENTS

2 c Uncooked instant white rice*
1 T Oil
1/4 c Red onion, chopped
2 Jars or cans B&M® Original
Brick Oven Baked Beans
16-18 oz. each
1 Old El Paso® Chopped Green
Chiles
1 Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning
Mix 1.25 oz.
1/2 c Sour cream, if desired
2 oz Shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2
cup if desired

INSTRUCTIONS

Cooked according to package directions.  While rice is cooking, heat
oil in medium saucepan over medium-high  heat until hot. Add onion;
cook and stir 1 minute. Reduce heat to  medium. Add beans, chiles and
taco seasoning mix; mix well. Cook just  until mixture comes to a boil,
stirring occasionally. Add cooked  rice; mix well. Spoon into serving
bowl; serve with sour cream and  cheese. Makes 8 (3/4-cup) servings.
