Sweet And Tangy Cornish Hens

INGREDIENTS

2 Cornish game hens, halved
2 T Margarine or butter
Salt and pepper
1/2 c Maple syrup
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 T Prepared mustard
2 t Soy sauce
1 c Crushed pineapple juice
drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350F. In 13x9-inch pan, arrange hens, skin-side up.  Brush
with melted margarine; season with salt and pepper. Bake  uncovered at
350F for 30    minutes.  In small bowl, combine syrup, lemon juice,
mustard, soy sauce, and  pineapple; spoon over hens. Return to oven for
30 minutes or until  well browned and tender, basting occasionally.
