INSTRUCTIONS
Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar. Stir in
almond extract and salt. Spoon onto 12 crackers; bake on ungreased baking
sheet at 300° for 15 minutes. Garnish with strawberry halves. Yield: 6
servings.
