INSTRUCTIONS
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, add margarine. Place over
medium high heat until margarine melts. Add potato, apple and onion; saute
5 minutes. Add brown sugar, allspice and apple juice; cook stirring
constantly, 5 minutes or until potato is tender, Serve immediately.
