Sweet-sour Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

4 Boneless pork chops, thawed
2 T Peanut oil
2 T Cornstarch
1/2 t Salt
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Salad vinegar*
1 c Pineapple juice
1 T Soy sauce
1 Onion, sliced
1 Green pepper, cubed
1 1/2 hours until chops are tender. Serves 4.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°. Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a
saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour thickened sauce
over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper. Bake covered for
