INGREDIENTS

8 Tomatoes, pureed
2 T Jaggery
Pinch salt
For Seasoning-
2 T Ghee
1 t Black mustard seeds
2 Red chiles, broken

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil together tomato puree, jaggery and salt for about 10 minutes.
Heat ghee and add mustard seeds and red chilies. When brown, pour  over
