Swirl Top Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter or margarine
4 tb Flour
2 c Milk
2 Hard boiled eggs
1 ts Prepared mustard
1 Chicken; cooked and cut into bite-size pieces (or about 3 c. diced chicken)
1/4 ts Minced onion
1/4 ts Celery salt
1/2 c Chopped olives; (adjust measurement to your liking of olives)
2 c Bisquick prepared according to package for biscuits
3/4 c Grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

TOPPING
Melt butter or margarine in saucepan. Mix in flour until smooth; gradually
add milk and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and
gently fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Prepare biscuits; roll out to 1/4- inch thick. Sprinkle with cheese and
roll up like jelly roll. Cut into 1/2-inch slices and place on top of
casserole.
Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Serves 6 with seconds or 8 single
servings.
