Swiss Green Beans

INGREDIENTS

4 tb Butter
2 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 ts Minced; dried onion
1 tb Sugar
1 c Sour cream
2 pk (10-oz) frozen French cut green beans; cooked and drained
1 1/2 c Grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c Crushed Ritz crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

Over low heat melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, onion
and sugar. Stir in sour cream and green beans. Put in a 2 quart greased
casserole. Cover with cheese.  Melt remaining butter and mix with crackers.
Spread over cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.  Yield: 6 servings.
