(10-oz) frozen French cut green beans; cooked and drained |

Grated Swiss cheese |

Crushed Ritz crackers |
INSTRUCTIONS
Over low heat melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, onion
and sugar. Stir in sour cream and green beans. Put in a 2 quart greased
casserole. Cover with cheese. Melt remaining butter and mix with crackers.
Spread over cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
