Swiss Steak In Tomato Gravy

INGREDIENTS

18 lb Ground beef
1 gl Bread crumbs
1 qt Diced onions
1/3 c Salt
2 t Pepper
1 qt Milk
1 c Drippings from meat
2 c Flour
1 T Browning sauce
1 T Salt
1 Tap pepper
1 #10 tomato sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and milk.  shape
into 2 1/1 oz. portion patties unsing #10 scoop. or make 2 rows  of
meat mixture in a 2 in pan. bake at 325 degrees until brown. place  in
steam table pan and cover with gravy.  Tomato Gravy:  combine drippings
and flour. Brown slightly add bottled browning  sauce, salt peper and
tomato sauce Blend well and pour over patties 1  serving provides 2 oz
