INGREDIENTS

1 Box tabbouleh mix
1/2 c Water
1 c Chopped tomatoes
1/2 c Diced cucumber
2 tb Chopped mint
1/2 c Chopped parsley
2 tb Chopped scallions
1 ts Minced garlic
2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Olive oil
Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together tabbouleh mix, water, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, parsley,
scallions, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper. Stir to blend.
Chill until ready to eat.
Approximately 6-8 minutes.
Per serving (excluding unknown items): 554 Calories; 55g Fat (86% calories
from fat); 3g Protein; 17g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 45mg Sodium
