Tamora Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1 md Papaya, slightly unripe, peel & seeds removed
1 c Pineapple chunks, fresh
2 md Oranges, juiced -=OR=-
1/2 c Orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the papaya into small pieces.  Put in a blender with the remaining
ingredients.  Blend at medium speed until smooth. Pour into pudding
glasses.  Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until the puddings are firm. Then
serve immediately. If keeping rhe puddings longer, cover tightly & store in
the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
