Tangerine-salsa Chicken

INGREDIENTS

2 Whole chicken breast halves
Without skin
1/2 c Flour
1 T Oregano
1 T Basil
1 t Cayenne pepper
1 t White pepper
1 c Salsa
1 c White wine
4 T Garlic oil
2 Whole tangerines

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together flour,oregano, basil, cayanne & white pepper. Heat  garlic
oil in heavy skillet. slice chicken breasts into "pinky size"  strips.
Coat chicken in flour mixture and fry in HOT oil till golden  brown.
Remove chicken and discard oil. Deglaze pan w/ wine and reduce  till
half. Add Salsa and mix well.Reduce again then add chichen. Just
before serving squeeze tangerines inot pan and stir & serve.  Recipe By
