INGREDIENTS

2 c Plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 ts Minced or crushed garlic
4 tb Lemon juice
2 Halibut fillets or similar whitefish, 3/4 to l-inch thick

INSTRUCTIONS

Turn broiler on. In bowl or pitcher blend yogurt, garlic and lemon juice.
Line broiler pan with foil and place fish on it. Spread half the sauce on
fish, broil 10 minutes, then check for doneness (yogurt topping will be
light golden and fish can be flaked with fork). Broil longer if necessary,
but do not overcook. Transfer fish to warm plates and serve. Put remaining
yogurt in pitcher and pass
