1/2 c Tarama; (carp or cod roe)
1 md Potato; peeled and boiled
1 c White bread slices soaked in water; measured after

1/3 c Lemon juice or as desired
1/2 c Olive oil; plus extra

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor puree the onion. Add the tarama, potato, bread, lemon
juice and olive oil. Add a little more olive oil if necessary to make the
mixture fluffy.
Yield: 6 servings
