Tart Vegetable Stuffing for Fish

Stuffings 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Ground carrots
3/4 c Ground onions
1/2 c Chopped celery
2 c Soft bread crumbs
1/4 c Melted butter
1 ts Salt
2 tb Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients well. Use as stuffing for any large fish or with fish
steaks. This dressing is especially good with salmon.
