INGREDIENTS

1 t Margarine or butter
1 lb Pork tenderloins cut
crosswise into 1/2"
slices
2 T Brown sugar
2 T Orange juice
1 t Reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 t Garlic powder
1/4 t Ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add
pork; cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned and no  longer
pink. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, orange juice, soy  sauce,
garlic powder and ginger; blend well. Pour over pork; cook and  stir
until mixture thickens and coats pork.  CALORIES: 170     SODIUM: 115MG
