Texas Breast Of Lamb

INGREDIENTS

4 lb Breast of lamb, in 6-8
Pieces
1/2 c Homestyle chili sauce
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1 Onion
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 t Salt
1 T Chili powder
1/2 t Tabasco
1 T Worcestershire
Sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown the lamb in a Dutch oven and pour off the fat. In a small bowl,
mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the lamb. Cover
and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until lamb is tender.
