INGREDIENTS

1 8 ounce thin pasta angel
hair
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Creamy peanut butter
2 1/2 T Sugar
3 T Olive or vegetable oil
3 T Sesame oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 t Dried crushed red pepper
1/4 t Chili oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta until done (al dente); drain and set aside and keep warm.
Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over pasta
and toss. We like to top ours with some thinly sliced carrot, some
finely chopped green onion and some coarsely chopped peanuts.  Posted
