INGREDIENTS

1 T Vegetable oil
1 Fresh 'n' Ready Thai Style
Stir-fry
1 285 g pack Tofu, cubed
1 Bottle Fresh Black Bean
sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.  Add the stir-fry vegetables and
stir-fry over a high heat for 2  minutes. Add the tofu and stir-fry for
1 minute.  Add the sauce and stir-fry for a further minute.  Serve
