INGREDIENTS

2 Ripe bananas
200 g Fromage frais; (7oz)
200 ml Semi-skimmed milk; (1/3 pint)
1 tb Condensed milk
Lots of crushed ice
Few gratings of nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender add the banana, milk, fromage frais and condensed milk. Blend
until all the ingredients have formed a smooth texture. Pour plenty of
crushed ice into some serving glasses and then the banana shake on top.
Serve very cold.
